Roll your essential oil roller directly across the skin. The most effective locations to absorb the healing properties of an essential oil roller blend are the inner wrist, the neck (under jaw), the belly and under your feet.

10mL Hormone Balance
This oil blend will help you reconnect with your female cycle. Apply oil blend on spleen points 12 & 14 then hold points, sending love to the ovaries and uterus.
*One use for 3 weeks of your cycle, ensuring a 1 week break each cycle.
100mL Essential Oil Sprays
Shake the bottle well before spraying. Spray in the desired direction at least 30cm away from any direct surfaces. 3 - 5 pumps should be sufficient in a small room. Increase as required.
